Jeff Anderson is the Founder and CEO of Jeff Anderson & Associates, LLC, a marketing agency specializing in media buying, strategy, and training. He brings decades of leadership experience across television, print, digital, and advertising, with a track record of leading multi-million-dollar media operations and helping organizations grow through smart strategy and strong execution.
Before launching Jeff Anderson & Associates,
Jeff served as Vice President & General Manager of WKYT and WYMT, where he led award-winning media operations in Kentucky. He also served as Chairman of the Kentucky Broadcasters Association, helping lead advocacy efforts on behalf of broadcasters across the state.
Jeff began his career in newspapers in 1997 and held leadership roles in markets including Savannah, West Palm Beach, Cincinnati, Phoenix, and Lexington. He returned to Lexington to serve as Vice President of Advertising for the Lexington Herald-Leader before later joining WKYT in 2014.
In addition to his professional work, Jeff has served in leadership and board roles with organizations including the Children’s Charity of the Bluegrass, United Way of the Bluegrass Chairman’s Circle, and the University of Kentucky Sanders-Brown Center on Aging Philanthropy Council.
A native of Harlan, Kentucky, Jeff attended the University of Kentucky and lives in Lexington with his wife, Heather, and their three Golden Retrievers—Arnold Palmer, Alexander Hamilton, and Jack Nicklaus.
